Why codec for mediaplayer Mac lion does not play the movie?

Hi. There is a problem with media player. Despite of installing and updating codec for mediaplayer Mac lion, mkv file is not open. It shows error that this format is not supported. While playing other video format, sound disappears sometimes. Guide me why codec is not working with media player?

Codec mediaplayer is one of the best multimedia players. Sometime it does not work with all the video format, in this case you need to update your mediaplayer form settings menu or you can download latest codec. There are many websites for downloading latest codec. Some of these sites are given below. First of all you have download the codec, then uninstall your old codec mediaplayer. After this restart your pc, Unzip the downloaded codec file and install it.

Hello Sjohn,

         You have to get the updated package of the window media player so that you can run the mkv file there. For this all you need is to install the below package and after that you have to restart the program and you can find it working in window. You have to install CCP playback pack in your media player.
