Why do I need to know about file-sharing?

What is file-sharing used for? Can you name some file sharing applications that I can use? Are they free from malware and safe to download into my system? Can I use them on windows or do I need Linux for it? Please let me know if they are also free for use or if I have to pay for them.

Why do I need to know about file-sharing?

These are some pointers for takeaway.

1. File sharing is made for accessing data from one computer with another.

2. Most visited safe sites are iTunes and Google play.

3. Data being downloaded from the internet are not perfectly clean however,

above mentioned sites have already gained their respect and trustworthiness as

safe file sharing site.

4. You may try with Windows.

5. Some files are free.

6. Some are accepting donations and some may have cost.
