Why does internet explorer keep popping up? How do I make my Internet Explorer stop from popping up every five minutes? How can I resolve this issue?

Why does internet explorer keep popping up all the time

You can use the malwarebytes to stop popping up of your internet explorer. It is a very good tool for malware removal than any other apps of malware and it tries to block the installer. Also check the file hosts.txt to make sure that it is original.
If this is invisible, maybe it is a rootkit. It is not easy to use but it is de-facto standard. Also, there are many others like sophos. You can try this also.
Offline scanners are also good and avira is one of them. You can try this.
If this problem still remain, you should consider the full reinstall.
