Why does my Windows defender turns off automatically?help

Hi guys,

I have a laptop with windows 7 in it. The problem is when ever I shut down and turn on again on laptop the windows defender turns off..But why??? 

I'm really irritate with this problem I turned it on again but still next time when I open my laptop it's turned off.Please elp me with this issue.

Windows Defender is a default protection software that comes with Windows while installing the operating system. If you have installed any third party protection software, you are making the use of the external software that disables Windows Defender.
