Hi friends,
Please answer me to solve this problem. My question is why I' unable to add new files in Dropbox? This is the first time happening to me I need to add new files urgently and share them with my clients but I'm unable to upload, also there is lot of free space still in my dropbox account.Â

Just to make sure your files are syncing properly, please check to see if your PC is connected to the Internet and to the same Dropbox account (In case of multiple accounts). Once your PC is in sync and you find that a file is not looking as expected on a specific operating system, the file may have a problem that stops Dropbox from syncing the file.
Operating system does not always play nicely with one another. The Dropbox desktop application tracks these inconsistencies and will try its best to fix the problem
