Hello. The 0x800703e3 Windows 10 caused due to the misconfiguration of the system files or wrong entries of registry keys. Follow the methods to resolve it.

Method 1:

Update Windows manually

• Hold the win + I keys; it opens settings.
• Go to Update& Security.
• Next, click on view installed updates.
• Check for failed updates and install them manually.
• Restart your PC.

Method 2:

Using Media creation tool

• Log on to your computer as an admin.
• Go to the control panel.
• Go to the file exploration options and click on it.
• In the next window, go to the View tab and enable show hidden files and folders option.
• Click on ok and close the window.
• Next, hold the win key + E to open file explorer.
• Navigate to this PC, and open C Drive.
• Navigate to $Windows.~ BT and $Windows.~ WS and delete them.
• After this, you can use a bootable USB without getting an error.
