Why Is It That I Can’t Access Hotmail Account?

I have just changed my password and created a stronger one (earlier it was weak). But today I am not able to sign in. What has happened? Why is it that I can’t access hotmail account? Any help is appreciated.

Why Is It That I Can’t Access Hotmail Account?

If you changed your password recently, I am guessing that you suspected foul activity through your account. If that is true, I think microsoft might have temporarily suspended your account.

This is usually done for your own safety.

To unblock your account, you should go to the website https://account.microsoft.com and click on sign in. Then, enter your details.

In the future, keep changing your password regularly.
