Samsung Galaxy Tab 27.0 Student Edition is coming to market early.

What kinds of facilities are included in it specially for the students?

Is it going to give any extra feature with it what will be beneficial to the student?

Why is it named as ‘Student Edition’?

Dear Jim,

Samsung has announced to release their Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 Student Edition on 19th August this year. It will be same as the Galaxy tab 2 7.0. There will be no other extra facilities or special features on it. But it is a bundle package. It comes with a keyboard dock and USB peripheral connector for the same price. It’s an 8 GB WiFi-only version. There is no information on student edition 3G version yet.

Samsung thinks a keyboard dock or USB adapter will be useful for the students. That is why it is named Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 Student Edition.

Hello Jim,

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.7.0 has been designed especially for students. This tab includes a bonus keyboard dock as well as a USB connector accessory. It is set to be released into the market by August 19, 2012.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab does not differ a lot from the existing model. It uses a dual core 1 GHz processor that has been matched with a RAM capacity of 1 GB. It onboard storage is 8 GB big but it allows for expansion using a microSd card. Its display resolution is 1024×600 and it as well has a 3 megapixel rear camera. The operating system it uses is the android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
