Why is the Mobile Payment Committee formed?

Mobile Payments Committee main goal is to provide a relationship between its merchants, ensure that the consumer will have access to modern payment methods, and explore the best practice and network interoperability and more.

And also they are also appointed on lobbying activities with person on government and will add work to educate the merchants and consumers on the implied mobile payments.

Why is the Mobile Payment Committee formed?

Dear User,

The Electronic Transactions Association has announced this Mobile Payment Committee.

The Mobile Payment Committee has these Representatives,

Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Google, ISIS, PayPal, Verifone and Intuit.

This committee is hoping to put an end to exclusive payment offering such as Sprint’s Google wallet and such. And instead,

Will unite the Mobile Payment Industry in U.S.
