Why my clients still can’t access to this template builder?

I think that in the creation of my email campaign using importing the HTML pages is not the proper way because it take time and work. I have installed template builder named WYSIWYG content editor. But why my clients still can’t access to this template builder? What did I do wrong in settings?

Hi there Gyle Kugler,

 

Your clients can't see the template builder content because it doesn't work that way. Template builders are just tools to help you design your newsletter easier. WYSIWYG means what you see is what you get, and that is basically a type of tool that allows you to compose your web content without coding. The end result of the newsletter has to be either HTML or plain text to be accessible through the email on the other side.
