Why My IPhone Configuration Utility Failed To Locate Apple Mobile Device Support.

If this type of error occurs then reinstall the iPhone Configuration Utility and you can download it from HERE.

Check the version of iTunes up to date or not if then the first update it. You should also install Apple Application support and Apple Mobile support64. Download iPhone Configuration Utility repair tool to resolve the error.
