Why is my Keylogger not working as it should?

Why is the keylogger I install on my personal computer not working properly? I upgrade my keylogger software after the release of the new version, but since the keylogger fails to work since. I later found out the two keylogger was installed on my system, can I uninstall the previous version without uninstalling the updated version?

Why is my Keylogger not working as it should?

Keylogger is a small program that helps auto monitors all the keystrokes that a user types on a particular computer’s keyboard. To solve your problem, you first uninstall the old keylogger. To do this, logoff your computer system from all other windows accounts and now open the keylogger to unsinstall. You can see a uninstall option located at the left menu and do follow the instructions accordingly. You have to enter the password for all this uninstalling process. Now, you download freshly the keylogger program and install it. Without uninstalling the old version, you cannot get access to the updated version.
