Please help me solve this problem tell me what to do to fix this re starting problem.
Why my LG P698 is restarting again and again?
Here’s a short description of your mobile phone. The LG P698 is also known as the LG Optimus Net Dual or the LG Optimus Net Dual P698. It supports 2G and 3G networks. It was announced on the third quarter of 2011. It measures 114 x 59 x 12.1 millimeters and weighs 102 grams. It has TFT capacitive touchscreen display with 256K colors and 320 x 480 pixels screen resolution.
It supports multi-touch but up to two fingers only. It has 150 MB internal storage and runs on 512 MB RAM with microSD upgradable up to 32 GB. It supports Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP and microUSB 2.0. The primary camera supports 3.15 megapixels at 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution with autofocus and geo-tagging. It can record video in 480p.
It runs on Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread powered by Qualcomm MSM7227T chipset on 800 MHz ARMv6 processor and Adreno 200 GPU. It supports compass, proximity, and accelerometer sensors. It only supports HTML for internet browsing. Java is not supported. It runs on Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery with standby time up to 330 hours and talk time up to 5 hours.
If that’s what you normally experience with your phone, try this. Turn off your phone, open the back cover, and then remove the battery as well as the SIM card. Wait for about five to ten minutes. After that connect the battery but not the SIM card and then start the handset. Let it stay running for several minutes just to see if the handset will still restart.
If not and the phone works normally again, reinstall the SIM card. On the other hand, if the phone still restarts, try replacing the battery with a new one or use a different battery if you have a spare. See if the handset still restarts from time to time when using a different battery.
If it’s the same, try restoring your phone to factory default. Make sure to backup your phone’s data before restoring it. If the problem continues, I guess you should bring it to a qualified cell phone technician for proper checking.
