Why my ned player Mac causing crashing problem?

My com.nonlineareducating.NED3.plist file and some other  N.E.D files were deleted and for 3 days I am facing novice activity. I have tried to go through macprovideo.com tutorials but it causes a crash. I have sent an error report but no response. Can anyone of you help me about  ned player mac? A special thanks in advance.
