Why my nokia headphones on laptops not working?

Hi, I have two Nokia headphones that are working well with my mobile phone that when I tried connecting into my laptop ports, it fits but the problem is I can’t hear the sounds I played from my laptop. I don’t know why my Nokia headphones on laptops are not working. Please help me know why.

Why my nokia headphones on laptops not working?

Hi Johnny,

Have you tried to push the male socket of your headphone into the laptop's socket? some headphones need to push hard until you hear the snapping/clicking sound. try to play music from different player for example, if you play music on itunes, switch to windows media player. If that did not work, try to ask question to the nearest nokia shop in your area.

Why my nokia headphones on laptops not working?

Hi,

The first thing is that to notice is whether the Nokia headphones have microphone access also or not. If there is then the jack must have a mismatch with the port in the laptop. If this is sure try different players to solve this.
