Why my Page Rank still N/A?

My blog is just two months old now has an average of 10 views per day. It tackles about Personal Finance, Local News and Cooperative aspects. I am wondering why I cannot still get my PR. Can Anyone tell me what is wrong with my blog? Here is my blog (reytas dot blogspot dot com)

Why my Page Rank still N/A?

Hi Drglen,

I am here to help you. I have visited your blog. That is nice. But nit showing PR. (Like the image below) 

Now I will discuss with you what could be happening .You said your blog is just two months old. You need to know Page Rank will be displayed when the blog is assigned. After assigning your blog might be having a Page rank.  Another important thing is toolbar data is only updated 3-4 times in a year. You need to wait for a few days more. And the last one is it could have been penalized and never shows it again.
