Why my PC makes blatant sound when I make booting.

Hi, I make reboot my PC yesterday and while rebooting my Computer make blatant noised.  I just wanna ask if there's a problem when a personal computer is making too blatant noise when undergoing a boot.

If it is normal or not?

Hello. It could be a problem with your CPU cooling system, and by this I mean the cooler on the CPU radiator. The question is: Is your computer shutting down after a while of work on it? Or does it run smoothly and only makes the blatant sound on booting up? If it’s only on booting you should clean the coolers for dust, but if you’re computer is shutting down or rebooting you will need to change the silicone paste between the CPU and the radiator, and if that doesn’t fix your problems contact your local service, because it could be a faulty CPU.
