My pc is operated by windows 7. Its processor is core i3. Recently I have faced a problem that it restarts automatically. After restarting it appears everything normal. After a few hours it restarts again. Why my pc restarts automatically? How can I solve the problem?
Why my pc restart automatically?
First check in the Performance maintenance, maybe you have tick the “AUTOMATIC RESTART”. To do that, click on START, go to CONTROL PANEL, look for PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE. IF that doesn’t work.
Note what application you open that would trigger the “RESTART”. Then try to remove that application. If it won’t work…
Update you drivers using DEVICE MANAGER… IF doesn’t work..
Try doing CHECK DISK, or DEFRAG…
Hope this are helpful.

Athoipather,
There are many reasons that cause your computer to restart automatically. Overheating is one of the causes of it. When your power supplies fail, it can cause your computer to overheat. Another reason is your computer bump into viruses. Virus really makes your computer to reboot because it corrupts your files or your system memory. Another reason is when your system had a problem in hardware which corrupts the hardware modules of a system; it generally leads to rebooting your computer. The most common reason why computers automatically restart is because of installing software or driver in your system. The solution to this problem is you need to either remove or uninstall the software in order to protect your system.
