Why my radio mp3 player for laptop is not playing properly?

Hello,

Everything was going well. Suddenly my radio mp3 player for laptop is not working properly from yesterday. My Laptop can not recognize it unexpectedly. What is the cause & how can I solve it, anyone can answer?

Hello,

You can open the device manager to completely remove it then install it again, in-case it encountered an error or system change. Also maybe because of the system change that you may have done like updating , the updated system is not compatible with the mp 3 player that you have installed in your system.

You therefore need to update it online and get its latest version as some files may require you to have the latest version for them to play. Hope that helps.

Hi,

This is not usual that you described. That only happens for some corrupted files in the installation folder. This may be caused by some viruses. Try the radio soft to be reinstalled. You may also have to have a good anti-virus to prevent them.
