Why my smartphone hangs when I take a call?

Hey guys,

I have this LG P698 smartphone that runs on Android 2.3 version it is a pretty old smartphone now but I use it sometimes when in need of it. So the problem is why my LG P698 hangs whenever I take a call? I have this problem since a month so please tell me what to do to fix this problem.

There are a number of reasons why mobiles hang. In your case verify the following things, probably any one of them could cause Android mobiles to hang

(a) Clean your cache, as this is one of the foremost reasons why Android mobile hangs.

(b) Check whether any app has updated on its own, while you were connected to the internet. Since incompatible apps can be a cause.

(c) Aging, as the electronic devices age, the components at times give away. Probably it is time to change.
