Why my Xbox One games crashing?

Hi guys,

I want to ask a question and please help me I like playing games a lot and thus purchased Xbox One and its een three months I purchased it and was working perfectly till now, but suddenly since yesterday I can notice that all the games are crashing whn I'm playing them. I have to close the games and start without any help.

Why my Xbox One games crashing?

Hi Matthew, there could be many problems .

First Go into your settings and turn resume games fast off,

my xbox was doing the same thing until I turned it off. It has worked without issues since. If it's still not working contact with the provider
