Why my Zen tablet is not working?Please help

Hi guys,

I purchased Zen tablet online the delivery was made to me after a week and I checked the tablet for the first time just generally and put it off then next day I was curious to explore its features guess what happened the main application menu hangs unable to open the applications after trying lot of time it opened.Then I opened the Cam to take a picture again the camera does not works and opens after 5 minutes of trying.I hangs more on please tell me what to do with it should I return the tab or check it once again

Why my Zen tablet is not working?Please help

If it takes a long time to operate it, then first suggestion is to reset it. Then try again to use its all features. If it consists still a problem, then try utility software to check problems. If it still consists of a problem then there is no way, you need to return it to the seller.
