Why Not To Download Kb917021

I observed an update in windows as a wireless update which was of 32 bit and for windows xp. But I observed that it was recommended not to download this kb917021 update. Is there any special reason behind avoiding the install of that update?

Why Not To Download Kb917021

The reason behind this is that until the WLAN consumer update is loaded, the network must be enabled. Administrators can not centralize WPA2 options using the wireless connection.
