Why smi reader USB device driver is not working on window 7?

Hi to every one. As smi reader USB device driver is used to check all USB device connected with PC. But there is problem as window 7 resumes from sleep or hibernating, my USB devices like mouse, flash does not work and system can not detect them. Tell me why this problem occurs as computer resumes? Any suggestion please.

Hello Krueger Jim,

I think I have found the solution of your problem. Check your motherboard connection and swapped the USB1 and USB2 connections. When you reconnected everything the computer would not start at all. You have to disconnect the front case USB connections and try it again then it will work. It appears that one of the two case connection is bad and causing the mouse of flash to stop working.
