WiFi Connected But No Internet?

I am on day three of my WiFi connection saying I have a strong connection. But when I try to actually go on the internet and load a page. I get a error saying that I have no internet connection. Why does it show I have WIFI but can not load any pages?

WiFi Connected But No Internet?

Hi Patricia,

 

Disconnect from your Wifi network and Refresh the network connections available.

 

Connect to your network by entering the password at the prompt window.

 

Alternative method would be to power off the modem for 2 minutes and then power it on. This will clear any previous cache and set up a fresh connection.
