Will changing WP-includes changes my site performance?

Hey guys,

I have a very simple question to ask its related to WordPress site and the question is I want to know does changing WP includes for my WordPress site which is a simple tips website will affect my site performance in any way? Please let me know the answer. Thanks in advance.

Will changing WP-includes changes my site performance?

Firstly a webapage performance depends on the script and also the animation and

frameworks used in that site such as webgl , html5 . If your not using those on your site pretty much .

Then you will not face much difficulties
