Will the distribution list recipients receive the message once?

Hi!

In my e-mail I have several contacts that appear on more distribution lists.

If I send a message to those distribution lists, will these recipients get this message more than once?

Please help

Hi,

If you sent a message once and a contact appears more than once in that email due to entries in different distribution lists, the contact will only be able to receive the message once. The contact information will be treated by the email client (for instance, Microsoft Outlook) as one and the same and will only send the email once to that contact. If however you send the same message a couple of time to one distribution list at a time, then the contact will receive the email every time you send the message.
