Will Microsoft crm software 4.0 work on server 2003?

I'm planning to upgrade my current software to Microsoft crm software 4.0 sdk.  I use Windows Server 2003 and would the new software work on that server or do I also have to upgrade to  Windows 2008 Server?  I'm on Windows xp.

Will Microsoft crm software 4.0 work on server 2003?

You need to install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 such as step by step instructions for running setup command-line installation instructions. Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 both system working with the CRM 4.0. You can also upgrade your system in Windows server 2008. Operating system XP is enough for your update and work smoothly.
