Microsoft just created Outlook as a new email server. Will it be able to sync with Windows 8 like Hotmail does for Windows 7 phones.

The new outlook.com email server for Windows 8 is a clean mail interface that has made to be touched-friendly, as well as respectful of your privacy. It can be accessed from any device.

Outlook inherits the functionality of Hotmail, and that includes the ActiveSync support for push mail as well as the mobile device sync.

It also takes the Sweep the enables easy management of the mailing lists as well as other semi-junk messages. It has been integrated with SkyDrive and other Office web Apps as well. Its design takes a lot from the Windows 8 Mail app as well as outlook 2013.

Dear User,

Yes you can sync it with your windows 8 as you did with Windows 7. And this is familiar with everyone who have used a webmail client before.

This is formerly known as “New Mail”. Can be accessed from any device and can be synced with many devices. This integrates with SkyDrive and the official Web apps too.
