Win Media Player cannot able to support this file
Â
This is an issue with the media player library, the codec’s installed or corrupted database. We have to delete it and reinstall it.
A) To resolve this problem, clear the Windows Media Player database. To do this,
Â
Follow under instruction:
1. Exit Windows Media Player.Â
2. Click Start, open Run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%MicrosoftMedia Player, OK.Â
3. Select all the files and  click Delete on the File menu.
4. Restart Windows Media Player.
Note Windows Media Player spontaneously reimages the database.
B) If this does not solve the problem, clear the Windows Media Player database cache files.
Follow under instruction:
1. Exit Windows Media Player.Â
2. Click Start, click Run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%Microsoft, OK .Â
3. Select the Media Player folder, and then click Delete on the File menu.Â
4. Restart Windows Media Player.
Note Windows Media Player spontaneously reimages the database.
Win Media Player cannot able to support this file
hey, i guess, something happened with codecs of windows media player:
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the required audio codec is not installed on your computer. You might encounter this error message for one of the following reasons:
-
The Player is not configured to download codecs automatically. To configure the Player to download codecs automatically, on the Tools menu, click Options, click the Player tab, and then select theDownload codecs automatically check box.
-
The required codec is not available on the codec server.
