Window 7 64-bit Operating system

Hey,

I run my computer with Window 7 64-bit Operating system. When I try starting up my Tom Clancy’s H.A>W.X.2 on the system, it fires up and instead executes an Ubi game launcher error code1. Starting it on the normal and DX11 mode just do not solve the problem.

What can be done to solve this problem?

I run on:
i7 2600
Nividia Gefroce GTX 560 TI

Hi,

This is a common error. Even I have faced this before. In order to solve this error you need to follow the following steps:

1.    Uninstall the "Ubisoft Game Launcher" software from the Installed Programs in Control Panel. If it is not listed in the list of programs then just skip this step.

2.    The second step is very important. Manually delete all leftover files in the C:Program Files (x86)UbisoftUbisoft Game Launcher (as yours is 64-bit version of Windows 7) folder.

3.    Now reinstall the Game Launcher software. You can download it from here: http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orbit/launcher_installer/UbisoftGameLauncherInstaller.exe. You should be able to play the game after installing.
