I am facing error code 38 while trying to connect a device to my system. I tried reconnecting it but the same error popped up. It is showing that device drivers are not loaded because an old occurrence of the device is currently in the memory (Error Code 38).

Window Is Not Able To Load The Device Drivers Because An Old Occurrence Of The Device Is Currently In The Memory (Error Code 38)

This error could occur because of the loading of a previous instance. Firstly, you can restart the computer.
If the error persists, you can troubleshoot the problem. Select the device and then open device properties. In the dialogue box, click on the General tab. Select the Troubleshoot option. The wizard will ask few questions and then will provide solutions to it.
