Window XP ECMETX32.dll error code

Hello there,

I get the following error before my computer starts up remote desktop connection it also says that error loading
c:windowsecmetx32.dll . 'The Specified module could not be found". I want to know how I can rectify this problem because it has been going on for a while now.

Window XP ECMETX32.dll error code

Hi,

c:windowsecmetx32.dll means  that particular dll file has been corrupted in your system.there are two options for this one.

1. Go to https://www.dll-files.com/ and fix that particular missing dll file. and the problem will be solve.
2. You have to reboot your system once again.

Window XP ECMETX32.dll error code

Maybe some kinds of virus affected your computer windows and corrupt some of the important files including the above one which you are mentioning. First try to copy the file from some another system to your window or else restart your computer and fix it from safe mode of your window. You can also repair it by inserting windows CD and repair all corrupt files. You also have to scan your computer after updating your Anti-virus or you can use the following command 

Start>Run>type sfc/scannow and press enter to scan the files.

it also happens while installing some new software, so locate that software and also uninstall it.
