how can i change windows 7 desktop background and also please tell me how to change my windows 7 theme like I did in windows XP.

Windows 7 background changing problem

Hi

In order to change the Themes in Windows 7:

follow the steps below :

• Click on Start button and by opening Control Panel, click on "Appearance and Personalization", click on Personalization, and then click on Theme.
• Under Theme, just select the theme you want, and then click OK.

Windows 7 background changing problem

Hello Rosy,

To change your desktop background in windows 7:

• Simply rightly click on your desktop and choose personalize.
• From the message box that will show up, click on desktop background.
• A list with a lot of desktop themes will be displayed next.
• Click on whichever catches your attention, and choose click apply.

It is as simple as that.
Note that you can as well choose a picture that you have stored in whichever folder on your computer, for instance my pictures as the desktop background. You will just have to browse its location and click apply as you did for the other themes.
