Windows 7 .NET Framework Initialization Error V4.0.30319
Hi Robert,
Windows 7 OS should have .Net 4.0 natively installed, however if there are any conflict you can run a repair to an existing .Net on your computer so we can check if the problem has something to do with a Windows component.
You can also check if under Program features on Control Panel .Net 3.5 or .Net 4.0 is enabled.
If not just put a check mark on it and then restart the computer and then try to check if everything is working.
