Windows 7 vs. Windows 8 in online gaming.

Which is the best Operating System among Windows 7 and Windwos 8 in online gaming. Currently, I'm using Windwos 7 to play games such as CODMW3, AOE and Battlefield among others online. What will happen if I upgrade to Windows 8? Will I be able to play all games online properly?

Windows 7 vs. Windows 8 in online gaming.

Well, some games need Driextx12, and it will only be released for Windows 8.1.  Window 7 has only partial support for Direct3D 11.2 or 12. So if games start utilizing updated DX then window 8 is the one you will need. If you're interested in technical differences, go for window 8, 7 has partial support for DX. Window 8 smoothing your gaming performance. It is a lot faster than 7 and newer games run better on it. Check users review about window 8 below
