Windows 8 dvd burning error on imgburn
Hello Stevenseven,
The I/O error in ImgBurn usually occurs due to lack of the Verbatim disk that is required. The following steps will help you fix this error with the using the Verbatim disk.
-
First, you will have to restart your computer.
-
And then you will open up Task Manager.
-
And then you will go to Processes.
-
After that close all unnecessary programs by selecting the program and then clicking on End Process.
-
Next you will run the ImgBurn without closing the task manager.
-
After that insert disk.
-
Go to the Task Manager Process tab and then right click on ImgBurn.
-
Set Priority to High, and then close Task Manager.
-
You can start burning now.
Regards,
Carl
