Hi

To run Windows 8 Enterprise, you need to have the minimum requirements below.

System requirements:
1. A minimum of 1GHz processor, the faster is the better.
2. A Minimum RAM capacity of 1GB for 32-bit, and 2GB RAM for 64-bit, as the higher is the better, 2GB RAM is recommended for both OSs.
3. The Minimum free Disk space is 16 GB for 32-bit, and up to 20GB for 64-bit.
4. For the graphics processing, DirectX 10 device with WDDM 1.0 or higher is required.

If you intend to use Windows 8 Enterprise edition you do better to provide highest HW configuration as the enterprise edition will make use of it for very high performance.

Thanks.

The Windows 8 Enterprise is only an edition of Microsoft Windows 8 and it doesn’t have separate specifications different from other Windows 8 editions. The system specifications or system requirements required to run Windows 8 applies to all editions of Windows 8 like the Starter edition, Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate.

To be able to run Microsoft Windows 8, your computer should have at least 1.0 GHz processor or higher. For 32-bit Windows 8, your RAM should be at least 1 GB. If you’ll be installing 64-bit Windows 8, you should have 2 GB RAM. The required hard drive space is around 20 GB and higher. Your graphics adapter should support Microsoft DirectX 9 with WDDM 1.0 driver or higher.

You should also set your screen to 1024 x 768 to be able to run the Windows Store apps. These are the minimum requirements to run Windows 8. If you have these specifications on your computer and you think it is slow, you should have a hardware upgrade like replace your processor with a much faster processor, and or add more RAM.
