Dear Kennedy Rudy the newest Windows 8 based tablet has the same Graphical User Interface GUI however the input capabilities are different. But the Microsoft planned this window with tablets and touch interface in mind so they have designed the windows completely in accordance with the touch interface in mind. The Consumer Preview of Windows 8 has removed the start button and has a METRO interface as you can see in the picture. This is just to aid the touch interface. Hence other feature are also in accordance with the touch in mind so there would be no UI related issues arising.
