Windows 8 was hard to grab

I am very eager for the release of Windows 8.

I was waiting for it to be launch but until now, it is still not release.

When will it become available to the public?

Any ideas?

Windows 8 was hard to grab

A lot of consumers and computer users are really waiting for the upcoming release of Windows 8. But unfortunately, I’m not one of them. I’m pretty much comfortable with my current operating system, Windows XP.

Windows 8 has a pre-release version which happened last February 29, 2012, which was the Consumer Preview. The finished version of Windows 8 is set to be released mid-late 2012. According to unofficial sources the release date was set October this year. You can download Windows 8 Consumer Preview.

It is a free download and comes in 3 different packages:

• 32-bit version – operating system only
• 64-bit version – operating system only
• 64-bit version that includes developer tools

Windows 8 is expected to have the same system requirements as Windows 7.

So you can expect to run Windows 8 on computers where Windows 7 runs.
