Windows 8.1 font change steps?
Hello,
First of all you are not the only victim who is facing this problem with the new font styles in the latest window 8.1 edition. The fonts almost look blurry at times. It makes them very difficult to read & gives user very inconvenient experience of working. The thing is that Microsoft has upgraded & improvised many features in Windows 8.1 & one of these advances is the DPI Scaling system. A new option to apply one scaling level for all the connected devices is added by Microsoft. This can be found in screen resolution settings. This option is disabled by default being the reason behind the frustrating problems. To change the font in the windows 8.1 follow the following steps.
1. Open control panel from the start button.
2. Go to "Appearance and Personalisation" window.
3. The last option you will see of "Fonts" . Click on it.
4. Go to "Change Font Settings". Here you can modify the default font settings.
If the above steps didn't provide an answer to your problem then enables the DPI Scaling System. The step by step tutorial with screenshots you can find in the following link.

Hope you get a solution to your problem.

Windows 8.1 font change steps?
It is easy to change the font. But it will take a little long time if you want to change the font type for each section.
1. Go to Start >> Control Panel >> type “windows color” in the search box on the top-left >> Change windows colors and metrics.
2. In the “Item” section, select the part of Windows that you want to change the font.
3. On the bottom, you will see the font style. Choose yours.
Apply this method to every section you want to change the font.
