Windows aero error When Comodo’s Log viewer -> configuration

Hello,

My desktop blinked, and Aero theme had gone when I try "comodo's Log viewer  > configuration settings".

I need to restart my machine to restart the Aero theme.

Please help me to solve this bug as it is annoying me much.

Windows aero error When Comodo’s Log viewer -> configuration

 

 

This converting of aero themes to basic themes happen when the program opened can not use the feature of latest aero desktop feature. This is a compatibility issue of window with applications which forces window to use old basic theme instead of transparent glass features of windows desktop. This can be a reason with your out dated drivers which could have been a compatibility issue. You can try the following two options as they might help you in resolving this issue.

1. Update your Comodo firewall with the latest updates. Also check if you are not using an outdated version of it.

2. If the first step does not resolve the problem then try updating your video card drivers to the latest ones.
