I am not able to access Windows as well as it says Windows cannot access error code 0x80070035 unable to load the network path and I am not able to transfer the files.

Windows Cannot Access Network Error Code 0x80070035 Unable To Detect Path.

Disable firewall from the control panel by searching in the dialog box and then check again if can proceed, firewall block transfer sometimes.

Check where your laptop can discover networks or not for fixing Windows cannot access error code 0x80070035 and try to reinstall network adapters

Press windows key +r copy and paste hdwwiz.cpl and device manager will get open and go to network adapters the view from menu and then choose to view hidden devices
