Windows Crystal XP problem, how will I fix it?

 

I installed a Windows Crystal XP 2007 at my Intel Celeron computer last night. When installed it, my computer is doing fine but after 30 minutes of using it, it display a blue screen. So I restart it and when it opened, I noticed that the sound is not functioning but I installed it too. And I also noticed that the application in the Windows Crystal XP 2007 are not complete. There is no windows movie maker, no virtual keyboard and etc. I don't have a new windows XP installer. How will I fix it?

This kind of software always contains viruses. you can perform an operating system recovery. To do this go to start  to all programs and select the accessories. There you will find the system tools. An icon indicating the system restore , click on there. A window will appear there you have to choose the date when your computer last ran well . Choose the date and continue as the instruction . This will take several minutes. When your computer restarts you will find all your lost features back to your computer.

You need to check that what was your last action you make to your window. You may need to install new software to your new window and one of these software is virus affected or it contains some bugs, spam etc. So you need to check that program if you are still log in to your window. If you are not able to login to your windows then you can use safe mode for login and then check the problem. But if the window make inactive then you must need to install the new window but must make sure first that old files are deleted and there is no previous window installed on your system.

Also check for any hardware changes you make to your computer or there is some hardware problem. If you are getting some problem in hardware then try to solve this problem first and then you can solve your problem easily.
