When I try to open my Windows DVD Maker there is an error message stating that windows.

DVD maker cannot be started. What is the possible caused by this problem and how can I resolve it?

Windows DVD Maker cannot be started

Hi,

This problem you are facing maybe because your commuters' video card doesn't match the requirements of the software.

The basic requirements for running windows DVD Maker is that the video card in your computer must support DirectX9 or higher and use WDDM (Windows Display Driver Model) drivers.

To check the specifications of your video card.

– Click start button.

– Click control panel.

– Click system and security.

– In the system, click device manager.

– Click the arrow next to the display adapters shown to view the video card information.

If you are having the video card with these requirements, and still not working, then your video card may not be properly installed. To correct any issues, visit the product website, and download the latest drivers and install them. That should fix your problem.
