Windows Error Code 1000 Solutions

Facing regular errors with Photoshop CC and a few other applications that results into crashing of the application. There is an error code 1000. I set up a task to get notifications of each error 1000. This told me when these applications crash. They usually go down in the “save as” dialog. What do I need to do to fix this?
