Hi,
A few days back my computer was annoying me just because of a virus. Now I have installed a good Antivirus but it is creating problems for me now. As a virus was also spread in Windows important files, Antivirus detected those files and all were deleted. Now for many times I received this message that "You are unable to perform this task because system is unable to detect these files. DRIVERS not found. etc". What should i do?
Files and applications are deleted due to virus
Hi,
Â
This is because there are many files which were corrupted in your Windows folder.
Â
When installed and used your Antivirus to detect viruses from your computer, you should have noted the viruses found in your Windows folder and Quarantined them instead of deleting them.
Â
Quarantine works like it prevents the virus from malfunctioning without affecting any file. You can say keeping it there itself but closed in a jail. Now there is no solution but to repair your windows and see if all works fine. If not then you will have to re-install your Windows so that it is fresh and all files are replaced.
Â
Thanks.

Files and applications are deleted due to virus
First try to find which files were deleted. Then copy those files from another system where the same version of Windows is running as yours. If that is difficult for you then if you are familiar with DOS then you can also fix and reinstall the files from over there or from safe mode.
Â
The most simplest method is to insert the Windows CD and run it. In setup you will see the option to repair the Window or install complete. Choose repair the windows and the CD will automatically find those missing or corrupt files and reinstall them but make sure that there is no virus in your computer. Otherwise clean the virus also.

Files and applications are deleted due to virus
Hi! Good day,
Â
This kind of problem happens due to the missing file program or if some of the files are corrupted. You have no other choice on that. You need to repair or make a new installation process of the Windows.
Â
Restart your computer press F2 or delete key to enter BIOS setup >> go to boot sequence >>> First boot>> CD-Room >> Save and exit >> YES. Your computer will be rebooting. After the reboot you will see in the screen 'Press any key to continue'. Press enter.
Â
NOTE:Read carefully and follow the procedure during installation. Thank you and good luck.
