WINDOWS LIVE APPLICATION INSTALLATION ERROR
The error message "wlsetup-web.exe is not a valid WIN32 application" when trying to install Windows Live Messenger is caused by an incompatible version of the installer with your operating system.
If you are using Windows XP, you might have downloaded the Windows Live Messenger installer for Windows 7 or Windows Vista. The new installer is meant to be installed on Windows 7 and Vista only, so what you can do is download the version for Windows XP which can be found here:

Try to download and install it and see if it fixes your problem. Good luck!

WINDOWS LIVE APPLICATION INSTALLATION ERROR
Probably your system what you use for this application can not recognize.so it is better to increase your system for using windows live application. Perhaps you install Windows apps more upgrade version from your tools.
Here, you can use 64 bit.if it is not working then use Service pack 2 being possible. Through 1 GB RAM is not very opposite on Windows Live,it can be supported. But increase your speed how much you can. If it is in2.5 GHz then it works, but you have not. However it is important to keep your disk space available to use it. Remind it after will that you must use only containing system of WL.thanks be happy to use
