Hi guys!
I am making a video slide show with my windows live movie maker. I made a save file back at home. When I tried to install windows 7 at my friends house. It was fully installed and all that, but when I tried to open the movie maker I got this error message:
MovieMaker.Exe – System Error
The program can't start because WLXPhotoBase.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I read something about the requirements and all that, but I'm pretty sure that my friends computer surpasses the requirements. Any ideas on how to deal with this?

Windows live movie maker error
If the system is fulfilling all the requirements then that is pretty good. Maybe there is some kind of virus which causing this problem or corrupting the files of your Windows live movie maker. Try to find that and scan your computer with a good and registered Anti-virus. Or you can also fix the problem be restarting your system and ten go to safe mode and try to run your program. if that is also not happening then uninstall it and reinstall it after restarting your system or else there are some corrupt files or some files are missing from the beginning. So try to install your program with some another disc or download it from internet and then install it, that might work.
