I have a DVD of music and when playing it, Windows Media Player gives an error as shown in the image attached below.
Can you help?
The selected file has an extension that is not recognised by Windows Media Player but the Player may still be able to play it. Because the extension is unknown by the Player, you should make sure that the file comes from a trustworthy source.

Windows Media Player DVD error
Hello Todd, it is a security message that is appearing to access some files in the DVD.
Windows Media Player is a powerful player, the main problem is its codec lack. It supports a little number of files to play.
Close Windows Media Player. Download and install K-Lite Codec Pack Basic and install it. Don’t forget to associate codecs with Windows Media Player.
Also, if you wish not to do so, simply click on “Yes”.
You should be able to play the DVD now.
